Privacy policy

Account data. Your email address and a password that we store only as a one-way cryptographic hash. We never store your password in a readable form and cannot recover it.

Order data. The servers you order, their location and operating system, the price you paid, and the status of each deployment.

Payment records. The amount, currency, status and a payment reference. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code — card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form and never reach our servers. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal also tells us the name, email address and country of the PayPal account that paid, which we keep with the payment record.

Technical data. A session cookie that keeps you logged in, plus standard server logs kept for security and troubleshooting. Our pages also carry Google's advertising tag, described under "Advertising and cookies" below.

We use your data to create and secure your account, to order and deploy the servers you buy, to take payment and issue receipts, to provide support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data. Apart from measuring our own Google ads, as described below, we do not use it for advertising.

We advertise with Google Ads. To learn which ads bring visitors and customers, every page carries Google's tag. It sets Google advertising cookies and tells Google about your visit; when you buy, it also reports the order's amount, currency and order number — never your name, email address or card details. Google may use these cookies to show UFOStack ads to people who have visited our site.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are used only after you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. Elsewhere they are on by default. Wherever you are, you can change this with the choice below, block them in your browser, or turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

HOSTKEY B.V. — our infrastructure supplier. Receives the technical details required to deploy your server.

Our payment providers — Allpay for cards, and PayPal when you pay with PayPal — process your payment and hold the card data we never see.

Our hosting and database providers — run this website and store your account and order records within the European Union.

Google (Google Ads) — receives what its tag records on our site, as described under "Advertising and cookies".

We also disclose data where we are legally required to. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as bookkeeping and tax law requires us to retain them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove everything we are not legally obliged to keep.

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it subject to the retention rules above. Write to info@ufostack.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored only as hashes, and card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting your rights will be notified by email.
