This policy explains what data UFOStack collects, why we need it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
UFOStack is operated by UFOStack (business number 332398759), HaGefen 5, Bat Yam, Israel. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at support@ufostack.com.
What we collect
Account data. Your email address and a password that we store only as a one-way cryptographic hash. We never store your password in a readable form and cannot recover it.
Order data. The servers you order, their location and operating system, the price you paid, and the status of each deployment.
Payment records. The amount, currency, status and a payment reference. We do notreceive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code — card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form and never reach our servers.
Technical data. A session cookie that keeps you logged in, plus standard server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
We use your data to create and secure your account, to order and deploy the servers you buy, to take payment and issue receipts, to provide support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
HOSTKEY B.V. — our infrastructure supplier. Receives the technical details required to deploy your server.
Our payment providers — process your payment and hold the card data we never see.
Our hosting and database providers — run this website and store your account and order records within the European Union.
We also disclose data where we are legally required to. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as bookkeeping and tax law requires us to retain them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove everything we are not legally obliged to keep.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it subject to the retention rules above. Write to support@ufostack.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored only as hashes, and card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting your rights will be notified by email.
